ALL WALLS TO RELEASE SELF-TITLED DEBUT ON AUGUST 14
We are excited to announce our upcoming release of the new project from Keith Waggoner and Samson Crouppen of Holy Folk.
ALL WALLS is a new music endeavor from the LA collective, whose debut received praise from The Village Voice, USA Today, KCRW, LA Weekly, Pigeons & Planes ... and more.
The production duo will release their self-titled debut on August 14 via Silver Side. ALL WALLS features guest vocals by Jimmy Sweet (Lady Low, Hot Hot Heat) and Icelandic singer/songwriter GRÉTA, who shines on the sultry, lead single 'The Spider', the confession of a femme fatale.
It's the spider whispering into the fly's ear just before she consumes him, Waggoner elaborates on the track. She's letting him know their relationship was always destined for failure; no hard feelings, that’s just how she gets by.
"Stylistically, I was going for something dark and minimal, weighted heavily by the rhythm section to allow the vocal to take center stage," he says. "Almost like she is telling you a secret."
